St Boulevard, 601 St Kilda Rd Melbourne

Luxury, resort-style living is headed to 601 St Kilda Road, Melbourne in the form of the St Boulevard apartment project. Interspan’s Victorian team designed post-tensioned slabs for the 44,100m 2 tri-building complex for I&D Group (Icon Co), and will also head up the construction phase. The post-tensioned slabs gave the strength and stability needed to bring the architect’s glass shrouded, futuristic design to life across the three buildings. The complex of two 20 storey buildings and one nine storey design, will house 435 one, two and three bedroom apartments, which are slated for completion in 2020.
