Capital Dock

Currently the tallest building in southern Ireland, Capital Dock is a landmark office, residential and retail development.
Towering over 23 levels Capital Dock is one of Dublin's largest buildings and was Interspan's first venture on the Emerald Isle.
Interspan constructed three of the blocks - a total of 35,000m² of post-tensioning, constructed  against the backdrop of the Irish Sea and some record-breaking storms.
With the project reaching over £93 million, this collaborative effort was delivered ahead of time and with great feedback.
