Mediterranean architectural style with modern amenities surrounded by lush landscaping in the heart of Dubai set the Centurion Residence apart when it comes to luxury apartment living. Interspan’s Dubai team was charged with realising architect Tony Ashai’s vision for client Centurion Holdings. The team worked on the design, supply, supervision and installation of this 34,741 sqm project from the first to the fifth floors, including its terrace floor.  The two low-rise residential apartment buildings include 214 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Dubai Investment Park.
