Deira Car Park

The Deira Waterfront Development is located in the northern portion of the existing Deira District across the street from the old Souq and fronting the famous Dubai Creek. This first 610 parking prototype is replacing the current inefficient surface parking right in front of the Gold Souq and creating much needed space for subsequent project phasing. The design of the parking structure is carefully responding to local architectural flavor, recognizing the look and feel of old Deira without blindly trying to copy local architectural styles.
