The Principal North Melbourne will be an elegant addition to North Melbourne’s leafy Flemington Road. Interspan's Melbourne team will design and construct post-tensioned slabs for the 18-storey building, which will couple enviable views across Royal Park with CBD convenience. The building’s understated, modern exterior will house 12 levels of luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments. The 16,200m2 project for V Constructions (working for Hacer Group) is scheduled for completion in 2019.
